At Website Smith, we ensure transparency regarding our WordPress, Web Design, and SEO services.

1. Cancellation Eligibility
Before Work Begins: If you cancel before our team has started any tasks, you receive a 100% full refund.

After Work Has Started: If you cancel after work has commenced, a refund is issued minus the cost of work already completed. We will deduct the value of hours/resources used and refund the remaining balance.

2. Timelines & Refund Method
We adhere to the following timelines:

Cancellation Acknowledgment: We will review and acknowledge your request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

Refund Processing Time: Once the refund amount is determined, we will initiate the transaction within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time can depend on our payment processor and your payment issuing company (Card company etc). 

Refund Method: Refunds are strictly processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. (Note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 days for funds to appear in your account.)
